Executive Coach Consultation Service (ECCS)

Confidential consultation for executive and professional coaches navigating nuanced client situations, questions about scope and referrals, or challenges that may be affecting client progress.

When the Coaching Conversation Gets More Complex

Executive coaching often involves more than leadership strategies, performance goals, and action plans. At times, a client may present concerns, behaviors, or patterns that suggest something else may be influencing their progress.

Clients don't always recognize or clearly articulate what they're experiencing. They may have normalized certain behaviors, adapted to longstanding challenges, or developed ways of coping that make underlying concerns less apparent. Other times, a coach may simply recognize that something isn't quite adding up or that effective coaching interventions aren't producing the expected progress.

ECCS gives executive coaches a trusted resource for thinking through these situations and determining how to move forward while keeping the goals and scope of the coaching relationship in focus.

Who Is ECCS For?
Whether you're a newer coach looking to strengthen your confidence around scope, referrals, and asking effective questions, or a seasoned coach navigating client situations that don't respond as expected to traditional coaching interventions, ECCS provides confidential consultation when you need support navigating a client situation.
